Just out of interest, there's been a news story today about a new treatment for prostate cancer that has just been introduced into Tasmania. I think it's already being used elsewhere, but I haven't heard of it before. It seems the gist of it is that they impant radioactive pellets into the tumor, which means that only cancerous tissue is affected by the radiation, thereby reducing side affects. I've attached the link below for anyone who is interested. It's not very in depth, but there was a bit more on TV. By the way, the Urologist who treated me is the same guy who has introduced this to the state!
