Right testicle pain for last 2 years.

Symptoms: My right testicle has been hurting for about last two years. It is kinda like a squeezing pain. I have checked for lumps and can't seem to find any. I have also had pain in my right lower back area since about the same time as my testicle has hurt. I went to the doctor and had a halfway checkup done .. you know he made me cough. But said everything seemed normal and referred me for an X-Ray. Thing is I never went for the X_Ray. Anyways the pain hasn't gotten any worst and sometimes its a really light pain. I have no blood in my urine or semen and it has only burned when i pee a few times, but it was an intense razor pain when it did burn.

I am now terrified that i have waited to long and am scared to go to the doctor. I know that i am going to go soon , but would like to know from some people if the symptoms seem more like an infection or cancer symptoms. I would greatly appreciate anyone who might take the time to read this and reply. thanks again..

I'll bet it's something less serious than cancer, but the way to find out is to set up an appointment for an ultrasound and follow through with it.

I Agree with Scott.. but whatever it is, you have to take action...don't worry... so make sure you keep checking yourself...

Yo Bro-- I have gotten cancer in both testicles (5 yrs apart) and had no pain, burning, etc. I am not a Doc, but sounds to me like you may have an infection or something like that. Get the X-ray done-- no use in wasting time-- find out what is going on-- I beat it while it was in stage III 5 yrs ago-- take me and Armstrong as examples-- you can beat it at any time with positive vibes and good care bro!!
