I gave him a big sloppy kiss from you instead
Added another wine cork to my "all clear cork collection"...up to 3 and aiming for 60 (yes, drinking that much wine is a sacrifice I'm willing to make )
Retired moderator. Husband, left I/O 16Dec2005, stage I seminoma with elevated b-HCG, no LVI, RTx15 (25Gy). All clear ever since.
Wonderful news Karen. I admire you for the "wine sacrifice" you're
making. I think I'll tell my son, I'll "sacrifice" a fifth of vodka for
every clear he gets! It's the least I can do!!!

Last Thanksgiving Ray and I were cleaning up the kitchen after everyone had gone home, and as he put away the last dish he commented on how glad he was that he was scheduled for a physical in another month because his left testicle was bothering him. And so began the newest chapter in our lives...living with cancer.
This morning he had a follow up. The labs and CAT were ALL CLEAR
So this is a belated Thanksgiving for me. One of the many things I am thankful for is this site and all of you. The past year was tough, but I am so much stronger for it. I am so blessed by your examples of strength, faith, courage and humor. For you I give Thanks.
Karen:
Don't forget to add a cork to your all clear collection. Congratulations
