I've been hitting the weights pretty hard for the last 2 months.. Still having some problems with exercises that require much useage of the feet as they are still pretty sensitive but overall it's going well.... So I guess the next question Bill is ---When and where do we dive?????Maybe a father son dive???? This way I'll have someone to party with after you 2 older gentlemen pass out after 9PM !!!!! Be well my freind!!!!!!!!

Good for you getting back to the gym. I haven't lifted since the weather got nice. Lifting for me is a winter sport. I do have some extra motivation this year, I've convinced nancy to take a climbing class so we can do a rock face in the "Gunks". I'm also going to have to drop about 20lbs. Talk about feeling like a kid again. I used to climb like that in the 1970s but it's been so long I think I should have a pro check me out.
A father son dive sounds great but Jason doesn't dive. He and your dad could sit in the boat and drink while we dive. It kinda make it a father son event.

I told him I'd pay for all the classes but he has no intrest, and he's a good swimmer. Any idea as to the month for the "07" trip?

Well, well, well. I've been busy and unable to log in this past week as we're trying to adjust to a new member of our house. A boxer pup that we have named Remy (a girl) - and named after the former Red Sox 2nd baseman. I won the small battle to name her after something assoc with my beloved Red Sox.

Anyway, if you boys head this way in '07, I'll provide the boat and drinks! And I highly recommend April over March. For one, the weather is nicer, espec if you come in the 2nd half of April. Plus the water will be warmer... probably low 70's. Right now the water surface temp is 84! Bath water...it's incredible. As I am sure you are aware, the diving here is great. I've gone on just one 'resort' dive and had a blast. Between boating and golf, I just haven't found the time to get certified.

If you decide to come just let me know and I'll help with flights, etc!

Congratulations on the new canine member of the family! If I read between the lines, you just volunteered for the Cosmo photo shoot. Right?

Jason is in. Thank goodness I don't have to pose. I'm only a co-survivor. For this little venture I'm merely a facilitator (trouble maker). On a serious note I will be calling sirius radio on monday, as it turns out they have a cosmo station and maybe we can arrange for an informational interview.

I mention losing 20 lbs and you have to start with the wave comments. I'm gonna be so buff by the time Cosmo does anything that they may want to do a "Father's of these studs" version in geriatric magazine. At my age some 60 yr olds are looking very hot.
