  • Exercise Regiment

I thought I would ask if anyone out there had an exercise regiment that might work for a TC survivor that took Bleomycin. I have recently started getting on my MTB again and have found that my lungs are shot. I want to start working out but from the shortness of breath I know I have to go slow. Anyone out there have something that they were given after taking bleomycin that might help build the lungs up slowly?
    Thanks

    Rocky Mountain:
Welcome to the forum. A two-year survivor, that's great congratulation. I don't have an answer for you I just wanted to give you a welcome. I'm sure you will get plenty of good responses to your question. We have hundreds of members who have had Bleo. My only suggestion at this point would be to talk to a pulmonologist and your oncologist. Again congratulations on your survivorship.

Thanks for the welcome. It is nice to see this forum going strong. I hope to read more of the posts on this site to hear more stories of victory. If you happen across any information I would sure appreciate the help. I will give a call to the doc and see what he has as well. Thanks
