hello all... had my r.o. last wed. no problems with the surgery at all, back to work in 4 days, feel fine.

The reason for it was 4 intratestical leasons. Of course cancer was suspected after ultrasound but then I had an MRI. Then I dunno know if this is better or worse I have leytig cell hyperplaisia. I will have the biopsey results thursday. All of my labs, MRI etc are perfect and my doctor, Dr. Van Arsdalen (sp) at the University of Penn. hopsital said it was highly unlikely it was malignent, so I am hopeful but of course very concerned b/c of the seriousness of leytig cell hyperplaisia. Anyone have this diagnoses benign or malignent?

    thanks

    Charlie,
Welcome! Leydig cell hyperplaisia is rare and benign ~90% of the time. Pathology will tell....let us know what you find out tomorrow!
