On Sat. Nancy and I are heading off to St. Lucia. I'm really looking forward to 9 days of scuba, golf, horseback riding, hiking and swimming. It might be the end of winter blues or simple vitamin D deprevation, but I've been very melancholy the past few weeks, and that's not my style at all. A small part of me hopes I can’t find a way too get internet access. Anyway, I’m going to be thinking of you guy’s (yes I mean the gals to) with special vibes to Don, Alex, Larry, Patrik, George, Gerrard and of course Mark (who has promised to kick my a** in a sparing contest). Renea and Irene you are never far from my thoughts.

Dude, that sounds like an awesome trip. I'm so jealous!! At least we'll be able to enjoy some nice weather (finally!) up here in New England. I'll have a Hefeweizen on your behalf when it's 75°F on Monday! Have fun and travel safe,"Life moves pretty fast; if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." -Ferris Bueller

We usually have a theme for our trips but this one is tough. I'm going with "She Bangs" by Rickey Martin last week I was thinking "Two Old Cats Like Us'. Both really great choices. We're saving "we are the people our parents warned us about" (Jimmy Buffett) for our trip to St. Barts or St. Martin (do even ask why). Hay Nancy where's my "LIFE IS GOOD" shirt?

It has been an amazing three years. I won't be on line much tonight, Nancy and I are going to raise a glass to the life we can never get back and then celebrate the new life we have been given. Three years ago today my heart was broken but in that process of breaking it was opened.Son Jason diagnosed 4/30/04, stage III. Right I/O 4/30/04. Graduated College 5/13/04. 4XEP 6/7/04 - 8/13/04.
