Oooooooh, you're good !! Thanks for the smile everyone ... and yes, I agree that an "anniversary" such as this one is definitely a cause for celebration but it does require a bit of "re-living" the events which is never easy.

There was an episode of that sitcom "3rd Rock From the Sun" a while back where the cop, played by Wayne Knight, was bragging about his job. He said, "Yeah, in my line of work, it's a good day when you come home alive." The other character Tommy looks at him and asks, "Isn't that pretty much a good day no matter what your profession?"

    How true!!

I can relate...Boyce's one year from moment of discovery will be one year on July 11th and even though I expected to feel a great sense of accomplishment and "a moving forward feeling"...I am filled with re-living that day over and over in my mind....which can be a horrible feeling.

I just hope that this next year is full of lots of JOY for you!!!

These tend to creep up on you sometimes. Looking back at this whirlwind of a year can be a bit overwhelming; there may have been some rough times, but you have had some very good ones as well. Keep your head up and look into a bright future full of inspiration and success. You have done well .

Time is funny that way. Day-by-day it often crawls by, but then you look back and can't believe how quickly it has passed.

You're welcome, of course, to some somber time to reflect on the occasion. Then play yourself something upbeat to celebrate today.

    Somber Day

Just having one of those overly-pensive days. First discovered my "lump" one year ago today. Definitely thankful that it's a full year ago ... feels like about a week in some respects, and an entire lifetime in others ... I think I'd be happier if it happened about a billion years ago!
