  • had an interesting comment made to me today

I had someone ask me about this forum and how my “little pep talks and projects” were going. I must have looked at them like their scalp had just been peeled back because when I went to open my mouth, they took a step back in sudden anticipation.

First of all, this forum is not a ‘project’ of mine…’project’ indicates completion at some point and until a cure is found, I am here to stay. I mean the words I say here, and I mean it when I tell someone to call…and it is a call I will always take…and it is mail I promise to write and write often I do. This cause is worth my time, fundraising efforts and my compassion. I am not a doctor, never claimed to be, but I have some knowledge to share and I read as much as possible so that when a question is asked, I just may know the answer. But I always pray for good results and happy endings and I know God is listening.

I believe this board is not about pep talks..I believe it is about finding all the best in each of us…and I have been amazed by each of you. This forum saves lives. No one can convince me otherwise. Thank you for welcoming me into this family. I will try to earn my place at the table.

Boy, I had no idea soap boxes were this tall….stepping off now.

    Margaret,
I'll keep it simple. You have earned that and a whole lot more.

You go girl!!!!! Just another munchkin along the yellow brick road. Who knows what their life is about!?! If not for anything it sounds like it was a good reflection of your direction and purpose. Have you ever read the poetry of Rumi? There is one titled....Judge a moth by the size of it's flame. I think that the light you fly toward is pretty darn bright. Glad you are there!!! Take care, Russell;'s Mom, Sharon

          Ohhhhhh Margaret!

Let me know if you'd like to me to come on down south and open up a giant can of whoop-ass on ANYONE messing with you! I'm sure Boyce will do that all on his own, but honestly, I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to use the term "whoop-ass" and I really would like to slap that person silly!

          Love ya!

You're gettin my Jersey up my Warrior Sister. Karen's not far behind, I'm sure. I've said it before, you're our Warrior, and YOU are awesome. And if anyone @#%#'s with you and I can get there..... enough said. The positive side can only be this; people like that sharing our air, only re-affirms just how beautiful someone like you is. Like you needed any help. Leave that type to the shallow world they live in. You've done good here. You've touched hearts. YOU are loved.

Hi Margaret: I'm all the way in the west coast, so I'm late to respond...you tell 'em to shove it where the sun don't shine!

You have been so very genuine with all of your posts and I can tell you that in the short time Andy and I have been here, we've both been comforted by your support.

I literally don't even know how to respond when people say things that are that assinine.

Just give all of us the person's email. We'll help 'em understand.
