here's what I did. Examine what you're eating now, along with your portion sizes, do you eat a lot of fatty foods? if so, start replacing them with healthy options, such as, small salad instead of fries,fruits instead of cookies for snacks, cut out the high calorie snacks and start slowly leaning towards a vegetarian diet. I did this by first replacing one meal or more per week with vegetarian options.
Start small though, you're obviously going through a lot, so set your goals small, (making a healthier choice for lunch, or breakfast, whatever). Starting small will enable you to always meet your goal, giving you the warm feeling of success and will make it easier to move forward to the next goal.
when I was dx with TC, I was 190 lbs, I'm 168 now, I've been losing the weight slowly.
exercise is also important, add a bit more every day if you can, again, start small and work your way up. I was very active to begin with, so it wasn't too hard for me, but I've added short walks after work into my day which have helped, and I've been thinking about doing some mountain biking, although I have to find the time for it...haha.

Have you considered the martial arts? There are many styles that can be used to develop strength and promote weight lose. Depending on your physical condition you want to choose a soft art like tai chi to get started. The nice thing about tai chi is that it can be practiced almost anywhere and there is even a stationary form.

and I get up only in 5 55 AM . This time is very hot (33 Cel at night 41 at a day
at the shadow )
The sun is very intensive. So, I am here , sitting near the PC and trying to waste the time between medical procedures
