  • Caregiver Forum??

I've received a few comments from caregivers that it may be nice to have a forum on this site for issues from the caregiver side of TC. Some examples are anxiety, fear, providing support, and coping with loss.

Caregivers are women and men and, as with all other community forums on TC-Cancer.com, we are all inclusive. This would be a caregiver space, not a women's space.

Caregivers only please, cast a vote. Thanks!

Not a vote, just giving some support back. I like the idea that those who've cared for us could exchange thoughts on what we need/needed, how we coped, how you coped/ are coping, what &^%&%$# we were at times (and maybe still are), why you're SO IMPORTANT. What WE need to do. Do it ladies, do it loved ones. In family there is strength. Even if we're not blood. My 2 cents!
    I truly love you guys,
    Mark

I'm trying hard to think of one reason why there SHOULDN'T be a caregivers forum on this site and I'll be darned of I can.

Good idea. You got my vote.

(and here I thought I wouldn't be casting a vote until the presidential primaries!)

Thanks Michael...did you hit the "yes" on the poll above? Not to be confused with whatever pole Laquisha uses.

Don't exactly know how to put this. I just did a google search on Laquisha. I don't know what posessed me to do this. Michael, please tell me (She's???) not the first hit .

Dude, you are such an instigator... I just followed your lead and googled like you did; the two (female) lab techs that work in the bench next to mine said, "Fed, what the hell are you looking at?!" That said, I agree with the " ".

And into the gutter we go.... Just to clarify, the pole I was referring to was the brass one in bars for pole dancing, not "Laquisha's". I Googled too....WOW!!!!! I SO hope that is not Danny and Mikey's Laquisha!!!

well kids, I too googled 'Laquisha' and was horrifyed to find MY little baby girl up on the internet for all the world to see! Yes, she's beautiful, i know. Yes, she's alluring and contagious and delicious all wrapped into one. But let me make one thing clear to all of you guys, and girls (because there would be nothing wrong with that) who gazed upon fair laquisha and had impure thoughts: SHE MINE!!! DONT EVEN GIVE HER ANOTHER THOUGHT!!! And if I find out anyone's 'dialing her digits' or getting 'up in her grill' there will be hell to pay!!!!

                          I'm sorry.

This is the effect Quishy (what I call her around the house) has on me.

Forgive me, but I say, If lovin' Quishy is wrong, I don't want to be right. And I'll sing it too.

                          Michael

P.S. Yeah... still think the caregiver forum is a swell idea.

Dear Nancy...as said before...I have two boys too!! (To clarify just a little, my oldest is an EMT and already has saved several lives in some extreme situations...he was on Mt Hood last year.) I guess if they are capable to one extreme, there is a balance from the another side. I have no answers here! Russell's ...Mom.... Sharon
