I'm back from the LIVESTRONG Challenge and will look into this. You can, of course, archive older messages to a text file on your computer to keep forever. Everybody know how to do that?

OK, when you're looking at your list of private messages, scroll to the bottom, and you'll find three links.

          Download all Private Messages as:
          XML | CSV | Text

I'd suggest the Text option unless you plan to import them into some other application.
