I want an implant, but an not pleased with the options here in the U.S.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has received the Mentor Saline filled implant... I am particularly concerned with its durability. I am very physically active (esp. biking and motorcycling) and am concerned about "deflation".
I would also like to hear from anyone with a solid implant available in other countries.
