Hey Sam!
Great to hear that you are doing well! The pains in the remaining guy actually sound normal. Like Scott said, keep with the self-exams. As part of my surveillance I have been getting ultrasounds on lefty. My doc said there's no set protocol for that, but after two consecutive "all clear" ultrasounds, he said I should continue with the self exams once every 4 weeks and I'll get an ultrasound alongside my labs next June and once a year thereafter.

Hey, Sam, what you're experiencing is really common. The odds that you'll develop a second cancer in the other testicle aren't that high. Keep up the regular monthly self-examination, but I don't think you need to get another ultrasound right away.

Hi Sam, good to hear from you!If I recall, you had your I/O in March? Other guys here have posted about discomfort in the remaining guy...perhaps as it ramps up to make up for it's missing buddy. I'll let the guys comment on this, but if the US was clean you should be releived at that.
