As you can all imagine, I am extremely stoked that the Boston Red Sox have won the 2007 World Series. I do want to note that third-baseman Mike Lowell has been named the World Series MVP. Mike Lowell is an eight-year testicular cancer survivor who was diagnosed during his rookie season in 1999. Congratulations to him, and GO SOX!!

Indeed, Mike Lowell is not only a TC survivor, but our hometown hero as he lives not 5 miles from my house. Of course, we here in South Florida best remember him from his good old days with the Florida Marlins......."Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see". Heb 11:1

I am very happy for Mike Lowell and also Phil Kessel(phil is a very good player). But i don't like the big bad bruins and the red-sox.You can also find interesting stories about Saku Koivu(mtl canadians) and Mario Lemieux(pitsburgh penguins). They have won their battle against lymphoma.
