  • 2 years clean!

The day that seemed so far ahead when I first embarked on this TC adventure is finally at hand. I've reached the 2 year mark since my I/O today and all tests are good.

Thanks for all the support I've gained through this forum! I've certainly had a lot to be thankful for during this thanksgiving
    Sincerely,
    Rune

        Tillykke Rune!

Jeg havde håbet at nå et indlæg før du selv kom på banen, men pyt, det vigtigste er at du er "over toppen".

Great News, Rune !!!!!! My son Danny goes for his 8th month surveillance check up next week, we have our fingers crossed. Just out of curiosity, aside from the obvious, what does this 2 year milestone mean for you as far as your chances for reoccurance at this late stage in the game. I'm sorry, I don't mean to rain on your parade , it's this surveillance thing that always has me searching for possibilities. Danny's tumor make-up was similiar to yours except that he had yolk sac elements in addition to teratoma and embroynal cells.
