my fathre is actually following a treatment with zofran that he takes to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. We are actually ordering the zofran from http://www.bbonlinepharmacy.com where you can get its generic at a real good price.
While he is at the same time asthmatic, he has to use his singulair which we also order from http://www.drugdelivery.ca where you can there also get also get zofran at a real nice price.
the best is that you can call them and tell them about your needs and get the products directly shipped to your place.
I am not used to other online drustore but maybe one day ill try others.

If you are uninsured (and sometimes even if you are insured), I can highly recommend 1drugstore-online.com. It's a very legitimate Thai mail-order pharmacy; no prescription needed. I have been dealing with them for 3+ yrs, and no complaints.
Case #1: I daily take Singulair, which, in the US, is a patented leukotriene inhibitor and under BSBCGA (PPO) requires a co-pay of $60 for a 30 day regimen. Montair-10 by the Indian pharma giant CIPLA runs $109 for 100 days. You do the math; understand that India does not recognize pharmaceutical drug patents.
Case #2: Compare prices for generic and name-brand Zofran. Because of patent-protection in the US, the generic is not available. A 30-day dose here in the US sells for $800+ w/ a concomitant co-pay.
If you don't have comprehensive health insurance (and, sometimes, even if you do), 1drugstore-online.com might be worth a try.
/M
P.S.: I have bought numerous other medicines (antibiotics, antivirals, the blue, fun pill, etc.) through them. However, please note that my background is that of a PhD-level chemist working in pharmaceutical drug development. Please do not try to self-medicate; see your GP instead.

My Toyota Sienna is made in Indiana.
My Friend's Chrysler is made over-seas - in some eastern county.
My Mom's Volkswagon Jetta (German) is made in Mexico.
Our Chevy -- okay, got me here - its made in the US as expected.
Dadmo's point is -- just make sure you are getting what you THINK you are getting. I did see a report on Dateline (undercover) about fake pills packages in real packaging. Very interesting - but as real as these things looked and felt, they said they could end up at your local Pharmacy.
I do agree (from prior experience) that some over-seas meds are perfectly legit. Just know your meds so if you take a placebo, you will know!!

I'm sure most foreign drug manufactures produce medications that are up to "American Standards". My only point is don't shop based on price alone. I take 12 supplements a day, I would have no problem getting some from Europe or Canada but I would avoid North Korea even if it saved me 80%. That was my only point yes save money but be smart about it.

The only caveat, I have to add to my original post: (i) if your shipment gets confiscated by US customs (and in support of profit margins for big pharma), you might be out-of-luck; never happened to me though in 20+ shipments; (ii) seems 1drugstore-online.com is pulling back on making several key medicines, not available generically in the US, available to us (US): Viagra and Platinol come to mind.
Originally posted by DonNothing wrong with saving a buck whenever possible....Especially with the way the ridiculous prices we have to pay for meds here in the U.S as apposed to other countries, and the prices seem to be going higher and higher... it's pretty sad when our older generation has to spend $500.00-600.00 of the $1000.00 they get from SSI to pay for the portion of thier RX that is not covered by Medicare...
Threres an old saying "the lord givith and the lord taketh away...
In the case of meds its more like " The Goverment Givith and the Goverment Taketh away".......
Hopefully this will all change in Nov 08!!!!!!!!!
