I consider myself a three-year testicular cancer survivor, celebrating the first anniversary of my surgery for a recurrence.

I'd just go with "survivor." Several cancer group say that the moment someone is diagnosed, they're a "survivor."

If they're really interested, you could explain what happened. I don't think years matter so much with TC, since almost all of us are going to be cured.

    Technical question

I have a special question and i am not sure about the answer.

Considering that i had my right I/O on september 2001(followed by adjuvant RT) and a rellapse in 2005. Should i say that i am a 1 year survivor or 5 years survivor?
