    Hope everyone is staying cool, it's about 98 million degrees in NY! My thoughts are always with you, as are John's.

    Hi Melissa, I sent you a private email this morning before I read this...we have been at the Cape enjoying our good news regarding Chris...and I am so happy to hear no more cancer...teratoma....sounds like Chris' path, now recovery and on to a happy life together...congrats to John and your families...he will recover quickly and you can get on with Life...Mary Ellen

    We just received word that John (23 yrs old) is cancer-free!! The pathology came back negative after 4x EP and the RPLND. He had 14 lymph nodes removed during the procedure and the chemo did one hell of ag job, shrinking the tumor down enough that only teratoma remained with NO other infected nodes. If it wasn't for EVERYONE's help and support in this forum, it would have been so much harder to sit through the waiting. Tom Petty got it right when he said the waiting is the hardest part

    I look forward to being able to help others through this process. It's always an open invitation!

    Thanks again, and to you Scott for doing such a great job leading the forum.
