  • Sorry for not keeping up

    Hey Yall,

1st, sorry for not staying in touch. I had a big move from Tennessee to Upstate NY. Me and the wife are originally from the Rochester area, and after the battle we had we really wanted to be closer to Family again. Well, I took a new job, and we are pretty much settled in. I got a new Dr. here and he changed my Proto-call from every 2 months to every 3 months. He also wanted me to have a C/T scan, My other Dr. in Tennesee had said that my protocall should be every 2 months blood work and chest X-rays for 1st year. This just shows me that every Dr. has different approaches to the follow up standards. Anyway everything came back fine. AFP-<3.0 BHCH-<2.0. I have been so busy that I almost forget that I had this dreaded thing happen to me. I guess that is a good thing. Anyway, thanks to all of you and I AM BACK.
Diagnosed 7/5/05, Rt. I/O 7/29/05, Nonseminoma Stage IIa, Started 3XBEP 9/06/05 changed to 4XEP due to reaction from Bleomycin. Currently surveillance.

Glad you're doing well in Rochester! I guess being busy to forget TC is a good thing...especially with "all clear" on the results. Congrats and best wishes for health and less than 10 feet of snow this winter (I'm a Utica native)
