transparent semen

Hello my name is Matias I am from Argentina and i`ve been diagnosed with testicular cancer stage 1 also you will have to apologize me for my english.
The last 4 days i`ve noticed that my semen is transparent and very liquid, it looks like i eyaculate water. Is it normal? Do this happen to any of you?
When i was diagnosed this forum helped me a lot so iwould like to thank all of you that share your experiences!!

As far as transparent semen, I am afraid that I am of no help. However, if your CT scans were normal and your tumor markers were normal, then do you know why they did BEPx3?

The doctor told me that i have to do bepx3 as a was a way of prevention, because the pathology report said that there was vascular invation and infiltration to the rete testis

If everything came back clear and you were stage 1 then BEPx3 is a vast overtreatment. It should have been Surveillance or 1xBEP (not sure how applicable an RPLND is).

I would question your doctor and ask to see which guidelines they used for your treatment. If they can't provide anything then I would switch doctor's. Not often I would ever suggest legal action over doctor's as it's a high pressure and often underfunded job, but if it seems like they've overtreated you just for their own sense of contingency I would consider it. Whilst your health is the number 1 priority, that much unneeded chemo is far from ideal. On the plus side you should have nothing to worry about regarding your primary tc.

But this is based upon you being 100% stage 1a or 1b which it sounds like you are.

I obviously do not have all of the information and perhaps there was a good reason for giving BEPx3 that we are missing. However, if it was to prevent it from coming back for stage I disease then perhaps it was over treatment. However, what is done is done. I would however, highly question any further needs for treatments if any kind as at stage I you should be well more than cured at this point. If something does come back I would ask for a second opinion before doing anything further.
