Great news everyone!
I just came back from the urologist and the examination was well. He couldnt find any lumps during the exam and explained it to me what i was feeling a part of the epididymis. After that I got an ultrasound and it was clear save for some minor calcification which the doctor said could explain my pains.
I really feel relaxed right now.

Definitely get checked out if it is bothering you both physically and mentally.

Yes, you can develop a testicular tumor just about anywhere in the testicle. Any hard lump must be checked. Very possible you're over-thinking things. But I will say, I first thought that I was imagining my lump. Then the weeks went by and I noticed it was getting bigger. But it was still hard to determine whether the lump was separate from my epididymis. Sometimes it's really hard to tell and it's best to get a doctor to look at it.

Similiar experience here.Something is weird is with other testicle.Don't know is harder to him to function so we get these symptoms.Except I have pain in lower back, but markers and scans are clear. And yeah,i have lump in other testicle. But urologist isn't concerned since ultrasound didn't show nothing to worry about.

New testicle cancer
Hey guys, new to the forum.
I'm 24 years old and I was diagnosed with TC last year on my right testicle (stage 1 non-seminoma) and had an orchiectomy operation to remove it. I've been on surveillance ever since and so far all my blood tests and CTs came clean.
But ever since the operation I began to feel a discomfort with my remaining one, I can feel the liquid flowing in the veins, have slight pain on left abdomen and a feeling of tiredness on my left leg. I consulted my doctor many times and he said that I've had nothing to worry about. I've had many freak outs in the last year and 3-4 of them ended up with me taking an ultrasound and seeing nothing was wrong.
It's been about 1 month since my last ultrasound (which was clean) and I think I discovered a hard lump on my remaining testicle, its under epididymis and inside the testicle. I think its where rete testis is supposed to be or very close to it.
I have an appointment with a different doctor. Hopefully I'm just scaring myself again. But is it possible to develop a tumour in the part of testicle I described?
Isnt it so soon and sudden to develop a new cancer? Are all hard lumps inside the testicle cancer? Is partial orchiectomy a viable treatment f its a tumour?
Thanks
