    Chemo Brain

I'm grateful that I had access to treatment for my TC, support from my family and this forum. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Within about three months of completing 3xBEP, I felt I'd largely recovered my previous level of health and fitness. I gave myself another year before making any judgement about how I feel overall: physically , mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Much of the reflection here is subjective and best kept private but one topic I wanted to raise is "chemo brain".

My specific observation is that I have some loss of short term memory function; nothing that could be said to be traumatic but nevertheless significant enough to cause loss of performance at work and in other areas of my life such as playing the piano.

I cannot grumble about this, given the alternative, but I am interested to see if any other forum members have memory issues and if so what strategies you have found helpful to overcome this.
