My suggestion would be to stick with your doctors, but make sure they are communicating and understand what each are doing between them. I'm not an expert, but I know that varicose veins seem to have a mind of their own. I can only imagine that chemo has not helped matters. Most likely they would have shown their faces anyway. I had varicose veins stripped our of my right leg in 2001. Also had injection thearpy twice in 2002 to kill the rest of the veins.
Then five years later I was diagnosed with TC. Like a lot of other idiots, as soon as I noticed the lump, I went to the internet instead of a doctor.
I thought it was varicocele of the testicle. Thank goodness about a week later I went to the doctor and found out how wrong I was, and you know the rest...

Now I'm about 6 weeks post chemo, and the varicose veins are back in my right leg. I even lost about 25 lbs since my RPLND- (being overweight is a contributing factor to varicose veins). I don't know what brought them back...
Has anyone else experienced this? Looks like I'm going to need another stripping- any ideas on how long I should wait?
