    Hi friends....just got the call from Sloan.....Chris' cat scan was all good! Two years and all is well....a day to celebrate....take care all....Mary Ellen

    Mary Ellen, I am SOOOO happy for this news!!!! You've been holding your breath a long time waiting for these results. CONGRATS!!!!!
    Retired moderator. Husband, left I/O 16Dec2005, stage I seminoma with elevated b-HCG, no LVI, RTx15 (25Gy). All clear ever since.

              Well. I guess I'm just gonna have to add another cork to the collection .

              Son Jason diagnosed 4/30/04, stage III. Right I/O 4/30/04. Graduated College 5/13/04. 4XEP 6/7/04 - 8/13/04. Full open RPLND 10/13/04. All Clear since.

              Treated by Dr. Rakowski of Midland Park, NJ. Visited Sloan Kettering for protocol advice. RPLND done at Sloan Kettering.

                  At this rate, we'll all be able to cover the wall with corkboards made from all the bottles! Mary Ellen, this is great news. Many congratulations to Chris on reaching this milestone and to you for being such a cool mom!

                    Gosh, MaryEllen, it took long enough to find out, huh? Wonderful news. There is something about passing that 2-year mark that lets us all breathe a little easier. I saw a Christmas wreath made from wine bottle corks. It was on display at a liquor store in CT. I even asked if they sold them so I could pick one up for Dadmo. Unfortunately they didn't but I'll keep looking!! Take care. Dianne

                              Nancy and I are going to start writing the date and what were celebrating on each cork. Should be interesting at the end of a few weeks.
