My dearest Margaret...oh my gosh, this is great news and I would breathe a sigh of relief with you (but it's kinda hard to right now 'cuz the air is so bad with all the fires). Hugs and kisses sweet angel, and to Boyce as well. You are such good, upstanding people!

Margaret, so good to hear this has been resolved. I knew you guys had a good case against UH.... going for the throat might have gained you more dough but from experience I think you got a nice chunk and probably more that you expected. This time is best for Boyce to take the ball (no pun intended ) and go home! Congrats.... and just in time for Holiday shopping too
