    Hi Everyone,
First of all I want to wish everyone a Healthy, Safe, and Happy New Year!
I just have a question. Josh saw his onco. doc yesterday. Blood work normal, CT's normal, Ultra sound showed remaining testicle normal. But on his other side he had a small area that was hard. The ultra sound showed it to be blood and/or scar tissue. Is this a common thing? Has anyone here had this? Josh was examined by his doctor and he confirmed it to be scar tissue. I don't know why but this is bugging me. His doctor said Josh should follow up with his Urologist doc. He said he should be seeing him once a year anyway. Any thougts???

I will have some thoughts for you as I'm going on the 23rd. I think I have scar tissue and/or blood there which is causing me discomfort. It's been 2 years since my surgery so I'll post back after my appt.

I had something similar for about 6 months after my surgery, then it slowly disappeared. But everyone's body handles scar tissue differently. If the CT scan covers the pelvis it should show the scrotum and hopefully the radiologist can see what it is. And you said all else is normal. Just have your son keep an eye (or an hand ) on it and watch for changes.

      Best wishes,
