ive found if I dress ( even using this method) within 30 mins, my T levels are substantially lower than if I wait for a couple of hours for it to dry ( only possible while on holiday!)
im talking about a drop from low 20's to 10 or 12.
i still feel ok but you can see this is a serious flaw in the gels make up that could be so easily fixed!
Interesting, nomis, this is what I want to find out.

Personally, I have no idea what my T levels are, except for one test 6 months after I started, which my doc said were "within normal" range. Based on how I feel, I see no difference in how long I rub it in or how long I wait to get dressed.

I find the gel is mostly absorbed after about one minute of rubbing & that dressing 5 minutes later I have no sticky problems with my clothing. Everyone's different, & that is what I'm trying to find out with this post.

    Thanks for contributing.

I get my levels checked every two months (T & E20 & PSA done every 6 months. My doc is of the opinion that the way I feel is more important than the actual numbers.
It is strange how these gels seem affect people differently ( absorbsion & drying)
Ive actually written to Prostrakan ( makers of Tostran) & while perhaps surprisingly, they did reply, they really werent interested. They just told me they had never heard of such a problem. full stop!
I keep hoping for Acruxs new underarm TRT to be available

Oh my god, your doc sounds like an absolute HERO . Where do I sign up? You are the first person I've heard say that! Most seem to concentrate on the numbers.

Yeah, I'd like a doc with that attitude. There isn't even an endo less than an hour away from me & less than 3 or 4 to choose from at that distance.

eh, this isnt my endo who tells me this BTW, its just my GP! She is pretty good tho she was the the one who diagnosed me. She also is cool with me searching out different opinions on TRT etc on the internet as long as I " read between the lines" as she says! ie dont sign up for some $1000 "miracle" potion! she will then discuss any info I obtain with me.
Unfortunately she also has no idea why Tostran ( & Testim) have this non drying substance included!
