Try injecting 250mg Test E IM every 4-5 days! You'll like it.

    Hi Diana,

Firstly, I run a support group exclusively for men who have lost both testicles. Your husband is welcome to join. I hope he has a sense of humour. It tends to be our tool for overcoming what is a serious shock to the system, both physically and mentally. There are about 25 members in this exclusive club, we lovingly term The Flatbaggers Club. The support group is as private as I can make it on the web, and access is strictly controlled by me. I don't want to be a Hitler, but, sometimes, a guy has to find a place he can share and be open. Sometimes, its the first time he has had that experience of sharing issues surrounding his "manhood".

To practical matters. There are other options to the trial, already on the market and available. I have nothing against the trial, but it is only fair you know all the facts.
The reason your husband is having problems with Androgel is because he is one of the unlucky ones. Many men have no problem with it.

    Option 1:
Striant:. Its an oral application that sticks to the gum. In truth, I have had mixed reports on its efficacy and would not advise it for a guy with no testicles.

Option 2: Testim. This product has a different delivery system to Androgel, but has the inconvenience of being sticky. I have switched to it now to be honest. Although it is a nuisance, I have devised my own method of losing the stickiness. I was able to share this info with the distributors of that drug in the UK today oddly enough.

If testim fails, and you will know within a fairly short space of time, then perhaps pursue the trial route. Alternately, there may be other trials more suited to your husband. I'd have to look and find out.

email me privately by all means.

Best wishes and though I always hate saying it, please invite your husband on my behalf to join the celebrated Flatbaggers Club to which I humb;ly wlecome him, whether he needs to talk to guys like him, or not.

    best wishes,

    Nick

    Nebido use-experience?

My husband lost both testicles at 26. He is starting a wash out period for a Nebido study. Can any of you give us some guidance on what to expect? He cannot use Androgel-rash reaction, so we have been stuck with Delatestryl 250mg every 2 weeks. We are hoping for less frequent shots. The study will inject with 1000mg every 12 weeks. Thanks in advance for anything you can offer!

    Hi Kode,

You should be able to obtain gel in any EEC country.

I know for certain Germany and France are among them.

    best wishes,

    Nick

I have to agree with others above. Leave the "fake ones" alone

My wife does not care (she was just a girlfriend when I was diagnosed).

I just started Androgel 2.5mg today, so I will let you know what happens, good luck on finding a source for it.

It seems that Androgel is a good option, my doctor sais that it would be nice for his patiens including me to use it but the problem is that it is not available in my region(Central Europe). Does anybody know whether it is available in other part of Europe, for example Germany? Otherwise, I have to stay with Sustanon or some pills

Concerning the prothesis, I am going to get the silicon ones as it seems as the only option.

My husband is on Androgel, 10mgs daily. It took awhile for his endocronologist to get him to this level as they started out with a much lower dose and eventually worked up to the 10 mg. While he was on 5mgs he would get hot flashes etc. That's because the dose was too small. 7.5 was better but not perfect. Now on the 10 mgs he feels like a bull and I have to run in the other direction! He really is impressed with the med and would recommend it to anyone. Very easy to apply and virtually no side effects. ONLY slight problems such as it takes a few minutes to dry and you cant swim for a few hours. Compared to what you would go through with out it though, these are very small problems. You might want to check into it.

    Hi Kode,

I am very much in your same situation and have your same age. I have been using Nebido for the last four months, and I have to say that this seems to be a great option. I first started injecting it on one month intervals, but I have now started to postpone the time for the next injection to one or two more weeks, depending on how I am feeling. The good thing about it compare to the gels is that you do not have to worry about it every day and is less of a hassle when going swimming or the gym. With regard to silicone implants, I would definitely recommend then, in my opinion they can help a lot from a psychological perspective.

Yeah Nick!! Thanks, But I Dont Even Think I'm Gonna Chance It With The Implants. If It Ain't Broke ...don't Fix It!!!

You might want to look out for trials of a spray Huck.
I had implants for a number of years. It's not normally as convenient as it sounds.

    best wishes,

last week my urologist told me about a new implant that will be coming out in trial in a few months. it will be a 6 month implant under the arm. he said there is so much going on in the fields of research for HRT that we will be seeing many new things in the months and years to come! he was gonna check into it with more details and see if he thought i should try it. i told him i didnt want to go backwards by any means. he said they would give me three years free HRT if it was something that turned out to work for me. i could quit at anytime i wanted if not working. i dont know if i will or not.

Thank you for your replys. I would like to ask one more question ... what about the implants, did you decide for them? If yes, how does it feel? Thanks.
