If your T Cypionate is 200mg/ml,

then that's about 66 mg per week. To me, that sounds like a low dose for a man who's had a double orchidectomy. The more important thing is: what is your T, free T, estrogen, LH, etc. when you have it tested while on that dosage, and how do you feel? Are you experiencing any of the symptoms of androgen deficiency?
