I am considering weekly injections, has anyone found there to be any adverse effects on sleep due to constantly high T levels throughout the day and night?

I started with injections and had no sleep problems. The only problems i had were very unstable levels. i would have extreme lows and highs with the majority of them being lows. i had large acne appear on my back because of the initial injection levels. i started injecteing weekly instead of bi-weekly and it didn't change anything. And then i was introduced to androgel........and thank the Lord for it!!!!!

I saw my GP today and he doesnt want anything to do with my problems cause he doesnt wanna piss of the urologist but I can already tell the urologist is not gonna care about my low testosterone, but the good news is I just got in contact with an anti aging doctor and I am excited, I am also considering bringing Dr John Crisler into the picture but I dont wanna insult the local doctor here so not sure about that. I think I am gonna start off on the gel, maybe give patches a try then goto injections, the only problem I could see injections giving me is for it to agrivate my circadian rythem where as gel would probly fix my circadian rythem(I have messed up sleeping pattern), I am just worried about my E2 level on gels as it aromatases a lot more then injections.

              Hi
But are you sure you need anything at all, I lived with only one testikel and no hormone help for almost 22 years I had two kids and no problems until I had cancer the second time.
I don`t know if you need it or not but if you don`t it would be very stupid in my opinion to take some.
              Best wishes

I dont see any problem in me taking it if I dont need it, seeing as though I am wanting to put on some lean mass.

On another forum I spoke to a lot of people who had low T and they had simular levels to mine, they got treated and felt great with symptoms going away.

The only thing that would stop me now would be if the anti aging physician says my levels are fine and if my GP was to find another reason for my symptoms.

I disagree. What's your reaction to the article at this link?

All those side effects and adverse reactions, apart from acne and dependance(latter could happen on TRT not proper cycles) are only if you abuse it, if your testosterone levels are in too high of range it causes all adverse effects like liver damage, cold sweats, roid rage, elevated E2, infertility(permenant or temporary) high blood pressure and other things.

When testosterone is within range, other hormones are more likely to stay within range, the liver handles it well, tryglicerides stay within range, and as a precuation you can take milk thistle for liver(most abusable organ in the body btw), and fish oil for cholestrol.
The reason I am so pro-HRT, is because I have researched it, steroids can not cause prostate cancer, they can only agrivate it if you already have it. Long term adverse reactions to too little testosterone I have listed in another thread, they include cancer and diabetes wich both run in my family.
As for testicular shrinkage and infertility, these can be easily combated with HCG injections 2-3 times a week, this prevents the testicles from shutting down. Also arimidex or clomid/nolva is whats used to combat gynomastia(sp?) all the roid munchers who end up with ***** ****, did so because they didnt use estrogen blockers after there cycle, or they completely screwed there cycle one way or another. Baldness is caused when other hormones get out of balance due to abusing steroids, again this can be combatted via other hormone drugs.

I understand your concern, I have noticed this board has an iffy view on steroids, I just hope I can educate.
But dont get me wrong, I think steroid abuse is completely stupid, just like drug abuse, but when done right in the care of a knowledgable doctor(how I plan to do it) it can be healthy.

I know a lot of people who come across this thread are going to think "this guys just been diagnosed with cancer and now he wants steroids"

What I have to say to that is, most importantly my symptoms of testosterone deficiency are debilitating to say the least, debilitating in that they would greatly affect my ability to hold down a healthy relationship with a women, and even affect the relationship with my family, not to mention its effects on my social life. Living with these symptoms would be letting the cancer win, having a fear(more like a phobia because theres no evidence of steroids leading to cancer) of cancer developing due to steroid use would truly be letting the cancer win and take over my life. Also dont think I am not going to take good care of myself, I am going to be seeing a naturopath and go on a diet, true a natural aproach can not cure cancer, but it can prevent it, and now that I know how it feels to be diagnosed with cancer I want to do everything I can to prevent it, this means following the food pyramid(red meat once a week now, this was my favorite food group in the pyramid) high doses of vitamin D wich is proven to be a cancer fighter, but not to rely on vitamins because fruit contains about 100 phytonutrients wich can not be found in a pill.
I just wanted to show I have made an educated decision.

Before being diagnosed I was going to the gym for a couple of weeks(lifting weights regurly, raises T, loads and loads of cardio lowers T) I suffered from dizzyness afterwards, I **** myself walking home from the gym one afternoon, I honestly thought I was going to pass out on the street but just thought it was because my body wasnt used to exercise, but this never happened when I 1st started going years ago. Also after a 15min jog on my treadmill I suffered a big dizzy spell, everything was turning really bright and I had to grab the bench next to me to balance, I just asumed I was really unfit, its normal to get a little dizzy at the gym and after excercise but this was ridiculous, it was never this bad years ago when I was exercising then(after not excericing at all for an even longer time) so it doesnt add up.
I have been eating well, and I have been eating a lot.

Fair enough you can believe TRT can be harmfull, but after watching that I am sold. I tried to find some conflicting reports to put in my post to be fair, but I couldnt find anything worthy, I could not find anything except for some short documentary with absolutely no scientific evidence or any real substance.

I can post the bit about the guy(greg valentino) with the "exploding biceps" but it wasnt testosterone he used, it was a completely foreign local acting substance, he used some sort of oil wich works completely difrent to testosterone.

I believe testosterone replacement therapy can be very helpful. I don't understand the rationale for testosterone supplementation.

I just found out why, if you look at http://www.steroid.com/effect.php
look at METHYLTESTOSTERONE it has the most side effects.
http://www.medicinenet.com/methyltes...al/article.htm shows it was the same stuff you were taking.
