Weight Gain

Anyone on Androgel (or similar) notice weight gain and inability to lose weight? My husband "bulked" up somewhat with his daily 10mg of Androgel but has real difficulty losing weight now even with reduction in food intake. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this and it was possibly attributable to the medication, or if this is just an "over 40" issue!!!!!

Elevated Estradiol(an estrogen) from the conversion of Testosterone to estrogen in his body.

He should take, Zinc and Indoplex/DIM, the latter can be found online and is a natural suppliment.

Let me know how it goes, DIM is safe for longterm use but Zinc cant be taken for too long(months-years) otherwise it can cause problems.

Excessive zinc intake will eventually affect the balance and proper ratios to numerous other important
nutrients that may include iron, calcium, selenium, nickel, phosphorus, copper, as well as Vitamin A, B1,
C, and others. It may also cause, or contribute to gastrointestinal problems, hair loss, anemia, loss of
libido, impotence, prostatitis, ovarian cysts, menstrual problems, depressed immune functions, muscle
spasms, sciatica, renal tubular necrosis / interstitial nephritis, dizziness and vomiting, among others.

Zinc is just something to take before the DIM arrives.
