There is no such thing as proper TRT(Otherwise it would be called HRT). When administering exogenous testosterone your body requires regulation of other hormones aswell.
If you are on TRT you need to see your doctor and ask to be tested for Estradiol and also request HCG supplimentation at a dose no greater then 500iu(250IU preferable) in one day(although 750iu total in 1 week is the usual amount). Without this you are depriving your endocrine system of proper function.
Most the threads here would not need to be started if HRT was corectly administered.
Some symptoms of incorrect TRT administration:
Erectile dysfunction
Panic attacks and anxiety
Cold sweats
Hot flushes
Emotional problems
Premature male pattern baldness
Gynomastia (or itchy, swollen or sore nipples)
Weight gain/water retention(bloating)
Trouble reaching orgasm or premature ejaculation
The other rarer side of incorectly administered TRT:
Chronic frequent erections
High blood pressure
High blood count
