    .

In some nights I have severe low and mid back pain. For a while I was scarred but the pain is almost disappearearing in the morning. Also I have some moments of extreme fatigue and dizzy and the middle of the day. It seams that the low back pain is generated by the prolonged sitting down during the day. Anyway, I had no blodwork from 5 months ago and no radioscan from 16 months ago so i'm fealing a little anxios for the next blood work appoiment [Friday 6/4/07].

I think if your not eating meat you should suppliment with iron and protein, that is probly causing you some problems.

Has your doctor checked your T at all since your I/O?

Hormonal symptoms differ a lot from person to person, hot flashes usually occur at night or if bad in the afternoon and worsen by night.

I did have tingling in my extremeties(unilateral) but I had a whole host of symptoms which isnt that unusual.

Did you feel dizzy or sick at all? When I had hot flashes and they got bad I felt really sick prior to starting ZMA.
I think you should look into ZMA, Iron and multivitamin and some protein.

You cant rely on your doctor for TRT you would have to test very very low to be put on TRT by your doctor, if after starting those suppliments you still feel not quiet right then I would goto an anti-aging clinic.
    Hi Michael,

No, I do not feel sick at all. Dizzy? Maybe, sometimes I feel a little off balance. Fatigue, definitely, but I gave up coffee as well. I had been getting stronger at the gym, so I wasn't too concerned about T-levels (until today). Tingling I definitely feel... sometimes at extremities, sometimes at buttocks or lower back. I was attributing that to a recurrance, or anxiety. Not T. It doesn't look like a recurrance since my last scans were clear, and my doctor said that TC needs to be fairly advanced before causing back pain.

Yes, I strained my right knee, and my patellar tendon seems to be inflamed. The weird thing is that pain comes and goes. Again, sometimes I worry about things like seminoma from lefty spreading to my right knee, or even knee cancer (sarcoma?). Who knows... I know that my very real back pain went away after my MRI, so I'm trying to talk to my mind to stop all of the pain.

Another symptom of low T is loss of libido, and that hasn't happened at all. In fact, lately it's been just the opposite!

    Regards,

    djm

    Hot Flash?

    Hi all,

I didn't even know what a hot flash was supposed to feel like, but I think I just had one after working out in the gym and being off of meat for the last month or so. I didn't really feel like I had any low T symptoms until today. I rushed back to work after working out, and as I sat to talk to an associate, suddenly my face felt flush and my extremities felt tingly. Plus, my head was sweating. Is this a hot flash? What should I do to confirm that it is? My doc still wont check my T levels, but I haven't yet told him about this.
