Michael112, as usual I agree with you, just want to add 1 thing
Michael112, You said, "I dont think any doctor would hesitate to put you on TRT". If I could add to that, I would say "any GOOD doctor would not hesitate to put you on TRT". After my own experiences of having been denied TRT while presenting with a total T of 260 by 2 different so-called "doctors" I still believe that the majority of physicians don't want to get involved in providing treatment for male hypogonadism. Why that is, I'm not sure, but I had one "doctor" directly lie to me about the results of my blood work and refuse to show me the lab results, simply insisting "your testosterone is normal" and would not discuss it further. I had blood work done a few days later by 2 good, reputable independent labs, both showing total T 260. The situation might be improving very, very, slowly, but I still think that for most men, the task of finding a good, knowledgeable physician who will diagnose male hypogonadism and provide proper TRT is very difficult.

Any other symptoms?
I would pursue TRT if I were you. T is low, I think you'd be much better off in the 750-1000 area, E below 20, free T 150-250 area.

Aug. 2008 update
Had a different mix of tests this time around. They used a different lab this time around so can't make a direct comparison.
Total Testosterone: 433 ng/DL (reference range 350-890)
SHBG: 38 nmol/L (reference range 11-80)
Free Testosterone: 75 pg/mL (reference range 47-244)
Free Testosterone Percent: 1.7% (reference range 1.6-2.9)
Free looks pretty low.

Testosterone is low, no doubt.
E2 looks ok although considering the ratio to TT it would be high.
What is your SHBG this is important also.
What is the reference range for prolactin?
LH is low normal while FSH is high. Which is a no brainer for testosterone deficiency.
I dont think any doctor would hesitate to put you on TRT.
