Fertility after chemotherapy

Hi guys. As you probably know I've done 3xBEP.Between orchiectomy and chemo I stored some sperm for later use. In may this year I'll celebrate 1 year of surveillance. I dont know if is too soon but I'm going to plan my own family. I dont have yet a serios relationship but I will. All seems to be wonderful after my battle with death but 2 major questions remains on the top : The cancer recurrence and .... my fertility.
About the recurrence...only God knows...

Now, about the fertility :
1. Can I do some tests now witch can predict the recovery or not of fertility ?
2. Have you guys some experiences about the full recovery of fertility after 3xBEP ? What chaces have I, knowing that I've exposed to a minimal nr of cycles ?
4. Should I try to have a baby right now with my stored sperm or to wait to see if I'll recover my fertility and have a children in a clasic fashion ?

I believe your chances are good. If you want to know now, you can certainly have a fertility test. I would suggest that you set that aside and focus on dating for now.
