I just finished my radiation treatements this past week ( thread here ) and I'm wondering how some of you coped with the side effects. Specifically digestive problems.
Like I mentioned in my last response in the post I linked, I started getting bad stomach cramps a couple of days before my last treatment and it has gotten progressivly worse. My doc suggested taking Imodium AD which helped a little but once it wears off its bad again.
For those of you that had similar side effects about how long did it last? What did you do to cope with the digestive problems? Is there another over-the-counter medicine I can take to help out?
