  • Post-RPLND 2 cycles EP

    Hi everyone:

After 18 days in the hospital for an RPLND and a complication of a bowel obstruction, I'm back at my parent's house resting comfortably. Thanks for all your support and prayers during this rough time.

Since the RPLND found 7 positive lymph nodes, I am due to begin a 2 cycle regiment of EP starting on April 3rd. I was wondering whether anyone else has gone through a Post-RPLND 2 cycle EP regiment and what to expect from it in terms of side effects, fatigue, etc.

Any advice and experience description would be very helpful.

    Thanks in advance!

5 days of 9-3 PM chemo are done. I have two weeks off now...starting up round #2 from April 24-28th.

So far, no extreme nausea, but there is definite discomfort, uneasiness, and fatigue. I'm working my way through it, and hopefully by the middle of next week, the dryness in my mouth from the cisplatin will go away so I can eat a nice Quiznos Bacon Turkey Guacamole small sub!haha
