Hi there,
I went to the dermatologist a week ago for a mild acne that I´ve been having off and on after chemo which I finished 16 months ago. He wants to put me on a small dosis of Accutane for 2 or 3 months to get rid of it. Now I have heard that this is a strong vitamin A based medicine, and that is harmful on the liver, moreover it is often used as a chemo regime in other cancers, therefore I´m not so sure of using this medicine.
Any thoughts or comments?
Has anyone here in the forum used this medicine after treatment?
