I just had my 2.5 year followup. CT of chest, abdomen, and pelvis - unchanged compared to previous films. AFP and beta-HCG also normal.

It's always a relief to get through these "test points". I'm currently on a 6 month schedule. I still get nervous, becuase seminoma can be very sneaky and take a while to show up. But for now I can relax a bit.
