Spleen Q?

During my treatments I remember being told that my spleen was enlarged. It would be anywhere from 10 to 17(cm I beleive). I could get no real anwsers for why this was happening and was curious if this had occured w/ anyone else? I know my body was filtering some real posion and figured that's what the doc.'s would say but I didn't even get that...I just got "we can't really be sure as to why this is happening...all the tests seem fine" (or "unremarkable" in doc. language). I am also aware that many people have enlarged spleens to begin with but that's not my situation. Thanx.
