  • Ejaculate volume after orchiectomy/chemo

Thanks GOD, in my case there are no changes of libido or sexual performance after TC experience. But ! What I notified is : the volume of ejaculation is lower. About 3/4 [even 2/3] than before. What do you know about this?
This lower volume is an effect of low testosterone level ? There are any chances to comming back to normal or this is permanent...
for me, having only one testicle sounds : PERMANENT

I've never measured it, but my volume is lower since my surgeries (I never had chemo). I doubt it's reversible. I mentioned it to my doctors and they just agreed it's common.

      Does it feel good?

I've never measured it either. Wait, give me 5 minutes.........OK, done . No, I don't notice any difference in output at all.

Theoretically, losing one testicle shouldn't effect output since most of the output is not sperm, it's the transport material (semen, made outside the testicles).

Just curious...why does it matter? If your worried about making babies, remember it's the quality (ie, sperm count) not the quantity that counts. Your doctor or a fertility specialist will be able to help get a count for you.

Aside from making babies, as long as it feels good at the end, I don't care if just a few drops come out.

        .

I'm not worried. I'm just wondering if this simptom is linked to a more serios cause like hormonal deficiency. (T level or elevated estrogen)
