THE path report says :
Focal intratubular germ cell neoplasia ITGCN-U is identified at the periphery of the mass.


Can someone put this into english for me?

If I understand it correclty I was one step away from a non seminoma?

There seems to be many varitions on what this means?

I had it too, I think its just pre-cancerious cells in the testicle, like when people get lung cancer etc, even if it gets cured, the organ can develop it again.

I had 2 tumors, both seminomas, so dunno what it could of grew into, probly seminoma like mine.
