Pains After Orchiectomy & Radiation

I had Stage 1 Seminona Cancer. About 5 weeks after my Radiation Treatment complete, I started to feel some "sharping" pains on the lower abdomin area...between the penis and the incision. The pain is on and off. Its been 3 weeks, and I still have this pain. It feels worse, when I press on it. Anybody here have any clues as to what it is?

I had that as well for a few months post I/O. I think it is just the nerves regrowing and the area repairing itself from the surgery. I thought it would never go away but I am 7 months post I/O and no pain what so ever in that region anymore. So hang in there it will most likely pass with time. Just my opinion but if it concerns you too much just see the Uro and see what he says.

Its just weird that it start to hurt recently. Do you or anyone here in this forum know whether recurrance of cancer hurts??? Are there any symptions?

You'll be fine! I'm still having pains. They come and go but like you the first ones worried me of a recurrence as well. Continue your follow up appointments and be positive!

I will try to stay positive. I am scheduled to do my 1st post radiation treatment CT & Ultrasound on 1/12. Will let you all know the news.
