    Mark,

I'm so sorry you're in the belly of the beast again, however, I feel you'll beat this now as you have done in the past. Clearly your tumors responded well to chemo earlier, and a slightly different combination will work! Also are they sure that it's metastasis? Could it be anything else?

Anyway, please PM me if you need ANYTHING. I live in NJ, too (as you know) and I would love to help...even if you just want to call to talk.

    Also read these:

This case shows a seminoma with metastases at retroperitoneal site, mimicking a primary pancreatic neoplasm. It provides an example of the possibility of an uncommon clinical appearance of seminoma metastases and again underlines the importance of exact radiological and histopathological examination …

Radiation-induced fibrosis within the upper retroperitoneal space is an important differential diagnosis versus pancreatic cancer in patients with prior radiotherapy for seminoma. Diagnosis based only on clinical and radiological findings may lead to incorrect patient information and registration er …

    Stay strong my brother...

How does something as ugly as Cancer and something as beautiful as You All exist on the same planet? Thank you, All of you. My biggest fear at this moment is breaking the news to my kids Again! I'll be treated in Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center again, and we'll be consulting with Fox Chase again. I'm getting ready to meet the Onc shortly. I spent most of the day sleeping, I'm a bit emotionally drained. I'll keep you posted as things develop again.
And Again Love to you All,
    Mark

Don't forget how close Sloan is to my home. You and your family are more then welcome to use it as a base camp or in your case a dojo.
