Tumors on the lungs are never good but with testicular cancer it is quite common so do let those tumors cause any special fear. The chemo they gave your boyfriend is exactly right for someone with his symptoms. The doctors will do more bloodwork and xrays to check how well it worked. During his treatment the doctors should have done run more tests on his blood if those markers are comming down he has a great chance of the chemo killing all of his cancer, my guess is he will be fine.

BHCG --> 346
