Has anyone ever started vomiting the day after having a CT scan using contrast?

Anthony had scans yesterday around 4:00 and he woke up this morning feeling sick and started vomiting again.

Wondering if the contrast could cause this. I read online that in people that are allergic to certain seafood, they may get sick from the contrast. Anthony is not allergic to seafood though, but I know sometimes info online doesnt give the full story to everything.

Boyce has had stomach trouble post CT scan with contrast. The contrast fluid and his tummy never got along well. I hope he is feeling better soon. I know vomiting has been an issue for him during this process so maybe he has a very sensitive stomach. Once it flushes out of his system, I am hoping he will feel better.

      Thanks Margaret and Robert,

He is not nervous or anything, in fact for the most part he seems very unconcerned about the entire ordeal (cancer and treatment)

He never got sick when he had his other scans, so if the contrast has anything to do with it this will be the first.

All that vomiting that he had for weeks was awhile after his chemo, and it was triggered by a feeling of something in his throat. Maybe once or twice it was nausea.

      This time it was nausea.

Ok I have had it with these bastard doctors! May 16 the AFP was 9.4 which was still ok for surgery.

I just got the call that now the AFP is 53.5

I will now have to wait to hear from Dr. Hafez and Dr. Danish. I think its pretty obvious what has to be done though.

Why the hell do they wait around???? Im so *@+#!&% sick of DOCTORS! They dont give a rats ass about anyone!~
