My husband had both and I did not think it was an option for him. As scary as it looked, everything came out okay and healed well. They removed the staples about 5 days post surgery and he did great.

One tumor over 10 cm, second tumor 4 cm, Chemo 4xBEP: Bi-lateral RPLND Dec 2006, nerve sparing but left sterile.
