  • Chest Pain

Three nights ago Anthony started having chest pain. This happens when he is laying on his back and exhaling.

Could this be one of those post RPLND things? It's been six weeks since surgery. He is getting his post op CT scans at the end of this week, so I guess we will see if anything is going on in his lungs, but his new markers on July 16th were normal. Any ideas?

Hi Tammy: Andy's about 12-weeks post-op and I do remember him saying how tight his chest was feeling about a month or so after his surgery (which could be the chest pain Anthony is feeling right now). He couldn't sleep flat on his back, so the only comfortable position for him was propped on some pillows. It really hurt him to stand up straight as well...so he walked around hunchbacked for a while. It's only been the last two or three weeks when I've noticed that he wasn't favoring the scar any longer, and able to roll his shoulders up and stand straight.

Good luck with your CT scan later this week...keeping our fingers crossed for Anthony and your family! P.S. You're an awesome Mom! We're open to being adopted by you at anytime!
