  • Final Update on my brother

    Hi all,

This is the hardest note I have had to write, Gerrard passed away on Saturday 28th July.....he didn't make it back to Perth but 7 of his brothers and sisters, one of his childhood friends and his lovely wife Irene, were all beside his bedside in Singapore to see him off into the next phase.....

We got the call on Friday 27th that Gerrard was too sick to make it home so my sister, Monica said if Mohammad can't make it to the mountain, then the mountain will make it to Mahammad!!!

We spent Saturday morning laughing and telling stories....Gerrard was still lucid right up until the last half an hour; He was getting ready to watch Australian Football with my sister, Jo, as both of their teams were playing......

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being such a great source of strength, love and support for us during this time.....

    Sincerely
    Jenny
